  • We offers a 7-day satisfaction guarantee orders if the product meets the conditions below:

    • We accept return/refund requests of unworn items with original tags, a “do not remove” tag, and packaging with SKU label.
    • The item is different from the description (including size)
    • The item has defects (damaged or with poor quality)
    • The item is missing or not the item you/your clients has ordered
    • We will waive your return fees depending on each situation.


    Please keep this tag on the products you wish to return. 

    Timeline: The return/refund requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days upon receiving the order.

    • The 7-day window starts from the date that the courier shows the package as delivered.
    • If the order is a split package shipment and arrives at different times, the 7-day window will begin when the final package is shown as delivered.
